Water pumps in rural communities have high rate of failure due to poor maintenance. Because of this failure, millions of people in Africa are deprived of clean drinking water. Furthermore, this deficiency of water is leading soil fertility as agricultural lands are not getting enough water.
The solution
Introducing pumpview technology, which provides near-real time monitoring of water facilities that can be remotely viewed. Sensors are located at more 25 locations all over the Africa.
